At Khushal K, we always strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Please note: We only accept exchanges for products purchased directly from www.khushalk.com. Any return requests for products bought through third-party marketplaces, retail outlets, or distributors will not be accepted.

 


 

  • Return Policy

    • We currently do not offer returns.
    • We only offer exchanges, subject to eligibility.
    • Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.
    • The product must pass our quality check to be approved for exchange.


 


 

Guidelines for a Valid Return

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure:

  • All original product tags are intact and the item is in its original packaging.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • In case of missing items or wrong products, you must share video evidence of unboxing and raise the issue within 24 working hours of delivery. Claims without proof may not be accepted.

 


 

Free Returns for Wrong/Defective Orders

Returns are free of cost if you have received:

  • Wrong products (incorrect style/size)

  • Damaged or defective products

If the returned item does not pass our quality check, it will be shipped back to you.

 


 

How to Request an Exchange

We currently do not offer returns. Only exchanges are allowed.

To initiate an exchange, please follow the steps below:

  1. Call our customer care number to raise your exchange request.
  2. Send an email to support@Khushalk.in with the following details:
    • Order ID
    • Product Name
    • SKU
    • Reason for exchange
    • Proof (mandatory unboxing video/images clearly showing the product received and its condition)
  3. Once your request is approved, our team will guide you further on the process.

You will receive a confirmation once the exchanged product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection.


 

Pickup & Shipping

  • Our courier partner will attempt pickup 3 times. If unsuccessful, the request will be marked as failed.

  • For non-serviceable pin codes, customers may self-ship the item. In such cases, we will reimburse shipping costs up to ₹100.

 


 

Important Notes

  1. Please ensure you hand over the correct product to the pickup agent. We are not responsible if a wrong item is returned.

  2. Reimbursements will be processed back to your original payment method once the item passes quality check.
